Before adopting a puppy please spend some time and get as much information as possible as it is a big commitment and raising a puppy requires a lot of time.

PLEASE SUBMIT A PUPPY APPLICATION TO GET ON OUR WAITING LIST FOR UPCOMING LITTERS OR FOR AVAILABLE PUPPIES AND THEN WE CAN GO OVER IT TOGETHER.

WE ONLY ASSIGN OUR DOODLES AS FAMILY COMPANIONS, YOU MUST SPAY/NEUTER YOUR PET.

AFTER WE HAVE SPOKEN AND HAVE DECIDED THAT ONE OF OUR PUPPIES ARE RIGHT FOR YOU PLEASE SEND THE DEPOSIT ($250.00) IN THE FORM OF A BANK DRAFT OR MONEY ORDER. NO PERSONAL CHECKS, WE DO NOT ACCEPT THEM.

THE BALANCE IS DUE IN CASH WHEN YOU PICK UP YOUR PUPPY OR AT 6 WEEKS OF AGE IF BEING SHIPPED.

This Agreement is for the purchase of a Goldendoodle from Wendy Dacquisto ofTruelove Kennels in Teulon, Manitoba.

A non-refundable deposit of $250.00 is required to reserve a puppy for purchase.

Because this is a cross-breed, or hybrid we can not guarantee size, weight or coat types when full grown. We will do our best to make the bestpossible match between puppies and people, using the perferences stated in this application before the puppy goes to its new home at 8 weeks of age.

We request that a dog be returned to us at any point, should you no longer have the means to care for the dog.
